Mission
I’m Nicolas, and as part of this exciting challenge, I’m looking for experienced recruitment consultants — and even team leads — ready to join this new professional adventure!
As a Consultant/Manager, you’ll wear two hats: business development and recruitment.
Business development:
Grow and maintain your client portfolio
Conduct qualification and prospecting calls
Manage client meetings (we prioritize face-to-face meetings because people are at the heart of what we do)
Negotiate and advise clients throughout the process
Recruitment:
Source and assess candidates
Understand their career goals in order to match them with targeted opportunities — sometimes with a touch of boldness
Curious and knowledgeable about your market, you act as a true advisor to both clients and candidates.

Recruiting, training, and leading your growing team
Your profile
You hold a higher education degree and have solid experience in recruitment.
You thrive on challenge and have an entrepreneurial mindset.

You are French-speaking and comfortable in English. Dutch is a real asset.
