WANT TO BECOME A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT OR JOIN OUR TEAM OF BUSINESS PARTNERS? HERE'S THE PROCESS.
We encourage our customers to react quickly so as not to miss out on good candidates. So we apply it to ourselves. In short: we don't do lengthy processes.
When you apply to Fed, if your profile matches the position on offer, we organize a maximum of 2 interviews. The aim is for you to decide whether your project is in line with ours, quite simply. And vice versa, of course.
We'll also ask you to complete an AssessFirst questionnaire, which takes a maximum of 20 minutes, from the comfort of your own home. We use this analysis as a complementary tool to validate the compatibility between your expectations and the managerial style of your future manager.
And that's it. If the meeting is a success and you accept our proposal, we usually propose to start quickly. But we can also wait for you if you have to give notice. Anything's possible! In any case, at that point we'll switch to being on first-name terms. It just seemed a bit cavalier to do it now!
